RedR UK is recruiting qualified individuals with experience in Climate Change to join our pool of Associate Trainers and Consultants. We are looking for experts to contribute in particular to our climate change-related projects and programmes. Our Associate Trainers are engaged in many ways, including developing new training materials, facilitating training courses and hosting capacity-building events.
Our current priority is to recruit trainers with expert-level knowledge in climate change adaptation, disaster risk reduction, climate change science, greening humanitarian operations, and climate change mitigation.
If you are an experienced humanitarian, are familiar with adult learning, and participatory training approaches, can deliver group presentations, manage group dynamics, and enable a group to learn together, especially remotely or online, then we would like to hear from you.
RedR UK will provide training, coaching, and mentoring support to successful candidates, access to RedR UK training materials, and an opportunity to deliver RedR UK training courses upon completion of the onboarding.
