About the Role
We’re a global humanitarian capacity-building NGO providing training, consultancy services and expertise to national and international NGOs working in disaster-prone countries. We work around the world, delivering capacity building programmes that are practical, up-to-date and delivered by experienced humanitarians.
In the Middle East, RedR has facilitated capacity building activities in Jordan, Iraq, Gaza, Lebanon, Tunisia and Turkey. These have all been coordinated from the Regional Office in Amman. Since 2014, RedR has provided face to face trainings to over 2000 aid workers across these countries, the majority of whom are from the region.
As an essential member of the team you will provide support to our Programmes team in the MENA office. You will undertake logistical, financial, and administrative tasks to enable the quality and reach of RedR’s work across the region. You will also provide support in the organisation and implementation of RedR’s open and tailormade events as needed. We will also look to you for ideas on continually improving our systems and processes and sharing these with colleagues in other regions.
