RedR are looking to appoint a Programme Administrator to assist the Europe & Global Initiatives department with logistical and administrative support for a range of open course services in the UK, Brussels, the USA and beyond. You will be responsible for a number of day to day administrative processes to ensure capacity building services are delivered to a high standard.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

UK Regional Team

  1. Contribute to the departmental monitoring and evaluation system

· Collating and aggregation of course statistics and evaluations

· Assisting with the collection and aggregation of impact assessment data

· Assisting with reporting and contracting for credit rated courses, including attendance, fees and certificates.

  1. Ensure the quality and consistency of workbooks and course materials across all training courses, including Open, Tailor-made and funded projects.

· Prepare and maintain course material boxes.

· Proof reading training material and ensuring RedR brand guidelines are consistently applied.

  1. Manage the training inbox and telephone enquiries, responding to enquiries or passing these on to other members of the team and organisation as applicable.

· Create and manage the room bookings and events calendar for all Open courses.

· Create and manage events on Salesforce database, RedR website and Eventbrite.

  1. Provide support to courses taking place in the RedR UK Offices

· Setting up training rooms, breaks and lunches,

· Preparing welcome packs, name badges, signature lists and other resources as required.

· Preparing course certificates, and follow up participant emails.

· Responding to trainer and trainee requests

· Opening /closing of the office as necessary.

· Liaise with external catering companies for UK/Brussels based trainings.

  1. Making and ensuring details for travel arrangements related to training events, including flights, hotels and visas, and holding the relationship with our preferred travel agencies.

  2. Maintain the training environment

· Monitor stocks of stationery and catering items to inform orders made by the Programme Officer

· Manage the appearance and content of the physical resource library and training rooms

  1. Support Trainer assessments and management of the Associate Trainer database

· Ensuring trainer database is kept up to date

· Preparing assessment day documentation

· Liaising with applicants prior to and following assessment days

· Attending, contributing to and giving feedback on short Associate Trainer assessments as and when necessary

  1. Support the Programme Coordinator with the day-to-day administration for the pop-up Programme(s).

· Support the administration of the programme, including processing participant bookings and enquiries

· Prepare and maintain course material boxes

· Proof reading training material and ensuring RedR brand guidelines are consistently applied

· Preparing welcome packs, name badges, signature lists and other resources as required

You may also need to undertake any other reasonable tasks or duties as required by the line manager or organisation.
